I'm Corina, and my mission is to turn your special moments into unforgettable memories through the art of pastry. My journey began in Venezuela, where I trained as both a Chartered Accountant and a Pastry Chef — a unique combination that allows me to master every detail.
Eight years ago, London became my new home and the place where my three children inspire me every day to keep creating. I am passionate about bringing my clients' dreams to life through bespoke designs, putting my heart into every detail.

Simple Process
Send a message with your event date, guest count, and the theme or design you have in mind. Inspiration photos are always welcome!
Using my professional expertise, I will provide a detailed quote and flavour options tailored to your celebration.
An initial deposit secures your date. I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance; 1 month for large or wedding cakes.
Delivery available within London and surrounding areas. Free collection from Maida Vale at an agreed time.
Care Guide
Always place the cake box on a flat, level surface in your vehicle. The footwell is safer than a seat. Keep the car air conditioning on and avoid direct sunlight. Take corners slowly and avoid sudden braking.
Buttercream cakes: keep in a cool, dry room. If refrigerated, take out 1–2 hours before serving. Tres Leches cakes must be refrigerated until serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
For our tall 12 cm cakes, use the "Grid Cut" method for the neatest servings. Some multi-tiered cakes may contain food-safe support dowels — remove these as you cut.
At this time, I do not offer gluten-free or dairy-free cakes. All recipes are crafted using traditional premium ingredients, including wheat flour, butter, and milk.
My kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. While I maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care, I cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. It is the client's responsibility to inform their guests of this.

Policies
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the collection or delivery date. For short-notice orders (less than 7 days), full payment is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, the deposit may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will require full payment, as ingredients and preparations will already be underway.
Each cake is a bespoke creation. While I can use inspiration photos as a guide, I do not create exact replicas of other artists' work. Any changes to the design or flavour must be requested at least 10 days before the event and may incur additional costs.
All cakes are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. While I take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. It is the client's responsibility to inform their guests of this.
Collection: Once the cake leaves my premises, Corina G Cakes is no longer responsible for any damage during transit or due to improper handling. Delivery: Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed time. A flat, stable surface must be provided for the cake setup.
I reserve the right to take photographs of your cake and use them for marketing and social media purposes. If your cake is a surprise, I will wait until after the event to post any images.
